📍 Meeting point: Door of Mio Clubs (C/ Velázquez) ⏱ Duration: Approx. 1.5 hours How does it work ? We meet at Mio Clubs and split into three groups , so everyone can move at their own pace: Group 1: Walk – 4 km Group 2: Run – 5–6 km , intermediate pace (around 5:30 min/km) Group 3: Run – 7 km , advanced level (4:30–5:00 min/km) After the session, we head back to Mio Clubs to enjoy a specialty coffee or matcha , stretch, and connect with the community. ✨ Open to members and non-members ✨ Come for the run/walk, the coffee, or both ✨ Meet new people in a healthy, social setting
