HELD is a guided somatic experience where touch, stillness and intuition take the lead. Working with clay — by hand, without technique or expectation — this ritual invites you to slow down, tune in, and explore what’s beneath the surface. It begins in stillness, gently naming what you’ve been carrying – a pattern, a question, something unresolved. From there, the process unfolds through the hands. No pressure to create, no need to get it right. At a certain moment, with eyes closed, your piece is passed into another set of hands.
